Review: Quantum Access Windows® 8.1 Mini PC Stick, Intel Baytrail-T (Quad-core)- IPTV Reviews

The Quantum Access is a powerful Windows 8.1 Quad-Core PC that fits into the palm of your hand. Built by Quantum Suppliers, they offer amazing technical support by email and phone. And, when you call for support you will be talking to someone right here in the United States.

This fanless PC is the perfect Mini PC Stick for cord-cutters because it offers to access too many browser-only services that you cannot find on Roku or Fire TV. Having a full PC connected to your TV is a huge plus, too, because it allows you to access great sites like CBS Sports for free access to March basketball games or free legal streams of NFL games.

The only real downside to the device is a lack of a remote or another device to control the Mini PC Stick. We used the Rii i8+ keyboard and touchpad. They worked well together, and preprogrammed buttons like volume, home, play/pause, etc., functioned without any additional setup. We tested the Quantum Access with Kodi, Netflix, Watch ESPN, Hulu, and Amazon Instant. The video on each service played smoothly and loaded quickly, making it a cheap but very powerful option for cord-cutters to watch streaming video.
